The JJCDR released its health educational publications titled

Stump care for below knee amputees,

Stump care for above knee amputees, with the financial support of IMHO.

Dr (Mrs) J. Ganeshamoorthy, Hon. Chairperson welcoming the Guests and gave a brief description of the objective of the event.

Introduction speech of the hand books was delivered by Hon. Treasurer Dr(Mrs)S. Theivendran.

Dr. K. Umapathy, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna graced the occasion as the Chief guest.

Other participants who graced the occasion were Additional Government agent Mrs. Rubini Varathalingam, Deputy Director of Jaffna Teaching Hospital Dr. K. Nanthakumaran, District Officer of department of Social Services Mr. A. Gnanavel, ICRC Field Officer  Ms. Savunthala, Accountant of Social Services department, Advisory Committee members, Principal Nursing School along with nursing students, Tutors of Nursing School , staff of JJCDR and beneficiaries of JJCDR.
